Layne Sterett, Owner, has over 35 years experience in the accounting industry. he worked 5 years as a Comptroller for Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and other service related comapnies, 8 years experience as a Tax & Audit Senior with various CPA firms, (five of those years as President of a loan packaging and negotiation firm). Layne also worked 18 years in his family's CPA practice which he later acquired. He is a Lawton, Oklahoma native.

Dana Khuen, Company Representative, has 28 years experience in management, sales and marketing. She is also a certified paralegal. Dana is a Lawton, Oklahoma native as well.
